Working Together

• Every project is quoted individually based on your business goals and requirements.
• Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

• A 50% deposit is required before any project starts.
• The remaining balance is payable before the website goes live.
• Smaller projects may require payment in full before work begins.

• Most websites are completed within 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
• Project times may vary depending on how quickly content, images and feedback are provided.

• Every website includes two rounds of revisions.
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Logo
• Brand colours
• Images (where available)
• Written content unless copywriting has been agreed.

If required, guidance can be provided to help create content.

• Regular updates will be provided throughout every project.
• Quick feedback helps keep projects on schedule.

• Once the final invoice has been paid, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client.
• Third-party services including domains, hosting, Google Workspace, Calendly and premium software remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

• Every website includes 14 days of post-launch support for any issues relating to the original build.
• Future updates and maintenance are available separately.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Completed work up to the cancellation date may still be invoiced.

• Every effort is made to ensure websites perform correctly across modern devices and browsers.
• Deo Digital cannot be held responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
